When you have a balance in your Courtyard wallet, you can withdraw your funds. You have to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Our payments partners may require their own KYC as well, and will not send funds until that is approved.

The withdraw screen only shows methods available for your country and account.

Handled by Coinflow. US bank accounts typically take same-day (within 24 business hours) or standard ACH (2–3 business days). The deposit may appear from Coinflow or AptPay.

This is a push-to-card payout, also via Coinflow. It has to be a Visa or Mastercard debit card. American Express and Discover cannot receive these payouts. Some banks block incoming real-time deposits even on a valid debit card. If the card withdrawal fails, try a bank account or PayPal.

Funds go to the PayPal account for the email you enter. Type the email carefully. A typo will send the payout to the wrong PayPal account and there is no guarantee the funds will be possible to recover.

If PayPal shows as completed and you do not see it in your account, search PayPal for Coinflow or AptPay.

US users can withdraw to Venmo. Funds go to the Venmo account tied to the phone number you enter, usually within minutes. Use the phone number on that Venmo account. A wrong number sends the payout to someone else's Venmo.

If Venmo shows completed on our side and you still do not see it, confirm the phone number, then contact support with that number.

Canadian residents can withdraw by Interac e-Transfer to the email or phone number linked to their Interac profile. Use one or the other, not both. This is a bank transfer in CAD.

Before you can withdraw to an external crypto wallet, you must first link it to your Courtyard account. You can do this by using the "Link wallet" button in the wallets section.

Once linked, this option lets you send your USDC to another personal crypto wallet that supports the Polygon network (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet).
