Q. What am I purchasing when I buy a Courtyard Sneaker Pack?
A. You are purchasing one verified pair of 100% authenticated deadstock sneakers from an inventory pool. Each pair has a predetermined fair market value (FMV). Depending on the disclosed probability tiers, the sneakers you receive may have a market value above or below the pack price, with the exact distribution shown before purchase.
Q. What kind of sneakers are included?
A. At the present time, all Courtyard Sneaker Packs have either Nike or Jordan Brand models inclusive of Nike Dunks, Nike SB Dunks, Jordan retro releases, ACG, Air Max, Y2K, premium limited collaborations, heritage, cross-training and other category models.
Q. Are all the sneakers verified?
A. Yes. Courtyard authenticates every pair of sneakers as genuine and deadstock before they can enter our Sneakers Packs inventory pool.
Q. What are ‘deadstock’ sneakers?
A. The term ‘deadstock’ means brand new, unworn sneakers in their original packaging with any accessories (e.g. extra laces) that came with it.
Q. Are the sneakers real?
A. Every pair of sneakers is a real physical pair stored, insured and authenticated in the Courtyard vault. The version you see on Courtyard is proof of ownership tied 1:1 to that physical pair. You can trade the ownership instantly online, or ship the actual pair to your door whenever you want.
Q. Where are the sneakers stored?
A. All sneakers are securely stored in a fully insured, climate-controlled vault operated by Courtyard.
Q. How does the sizing work?
A. All sneakers come in US Men’s sizing. Each Sneakers Pack on Courtyard contains specific sizes listed on the page. For example, the smallest size we offer is the US Men's 8 to 8.5, which contains only sizes 8 and 8.5. We do not offer size swaps, so make sure you pick the right pack for you and your collection.
Q. How Is Market Value Determined?
A. We have an in-house team that calculates the fair market value (FMV) of all Courtyard sneakers. This figure is derived from averaged sales data across all major sneaker resale platforms, as well as what these items sell for at auction and in private sales. FMV is never based on a single sale or a single platform's data point.
Q. What options exist after my sneaker gets revealed?
A. As soon as the sneaker appears in your collection, you have three options:
Instant Buyback – accept a buyback offer based on FMV within 7 days of your reveal. Funds are credited to your Courtyard account immediately.
List on the Courtyard Marketplace – zero listing fees, set your own price and sales settle instantly. The sneakers stay in the vault, and the new owner takes over the ownership record.
Ship the Sneakers – have the sneakers shipped to you at a time of your choosing.
Shipping & Insurance
What if I want the actual sneakers? You can redeem anything in your collection at any time. Courtyard pulls it from the vault, packages it securely, and ships it to you.
Q. Is there a fee to redeem and ship?
A. Yes. Customers pay shipping at cost, and you see the fee clearly before confirming redemption.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Courtyard ships to most countries worldwide with a few exceptions due to legal restrictions. If you have concerns about shipping to your location, please contact support before purchasing.
Q. How does shipping insurance work?
A. All shipments are insured up to $100, with the option to purchase additional coverage when you place your shipment.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Contact support immediately with photos. A claim will be opened with our insurance provider and resolved promptly.
Q. What if my shipment is lost?
A. Reach out to Courtyard support. Claims are handled directly by the support team.

Can I return my sneakers? All sales are final. However, if you're looking for instant liquidity, a buyback offer is available for 7 days after you reveal your item. This offer disappears if you choose to ship the item instead
