What is Courtyard Rewards?

An automatic spend-based VIP program that rewards members with escalating benefits. Your tier is determined by how much you spend on packs each season.

What are the tiers and how much do I need to spend?

There are four earnable tiers based on your qualifying pack spend within a season: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The more you rip during the season, the higher your tier and the more perks you can unlock. Use the progress bar in the Rewards hub to see how close you are.

How do seasons work?

Seasons run on 3-month calendar windows (Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep, Oct–Dec). Once you hit a tier, you keep it for the rest of that season. At the start of each new season, you receive your usual monthly grant first, then drop one tier to give everyone a clean slate.

What benefits do I get each month?

Every tier from Silver up gets a monthly free pack and a guaranteed value pack, scaling by tier (Silver: $15 free / $25 GVP → Diamond: $100 free / $500 GVP). Gold and above get exclusive packs and events each month. Platinum gets 5 free monthly shipments and VIP support; Diamond gets 10 shipments and VIP support.

When are benefits granted?

Monthly free packs, guaranteed value packs, and free shipping credits are granted on the 1st of each month based on your tier at that time. So if you reach a new tier mid-season, your updated benefits kick in on the 1st of the following month. Exclusive packs and events are made available throughout the month as they're scheduled. You'll get an in-app notification when new rewards are issued.

How do I track my progress toward the next tier?

Via a visual progress bar in the Rewards section (courtyard.io/rewards or the mobile app).

What counts as qualifying spend?

Pack purchases only (credit card or wallet balance). Marketplace purchases, free daily points, quest rewards, and promo bonuses don't count toward tier qualification.

What is VIP support?

Platinum and Diamond members get priority handling through the customer support team's existing triage system — faster turnaround on support tickets, automatic based on your tier.

Where do I access my rewards?

courtyard.io/rewards on web, or the Rewards section in the mobile app. Deep links in notifications will take you there directly when you level up or receive new grants.

What timezone does Courtyard Rewards use?
All season cut-offs and monthly reward grants are based on UTC time.
